Pricing and Availability

On hand quantities listed on this website reflect the stock on hand at our Fairfield Shop; titles with no on-hand quantity are not in stock and we’ll need to get them from our suppliers. While we try to ensure that prices and availability status listed on this website are correct, prices may vary for reasons beyond our control. Titles listed as ‘in stock’ are on occasion unable to be found on the shelf.
If the website says ” Less than 2 left”, please ring the shop to confirm.

If the price or availability changes, we will contact you to confirm your order before we charge your card or dispatch. We can usually get items listed as not in stock within 7-14 days. We will be in touch to confirm your order if your order is expected to take longer than 14 days to arrive.

All prices quoted on this web site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the Australian 10% goods & services tax (GST).  We don’t yet ship overseas

Returns and Cancellations

We will refund or replace books, bought from our website, provided they are returned within 30 days, and are in good condition, and you have our official receipt.  Customers can cancel orders for any listed items at any stage before shipping and get a refund of any money spent.

When returning goods, we only cover the cost of postage for goods that are faulty or damaged before delivery. Postage costs for all other returns will be your expense. Returns should be returned to our shop (see Contact  in the top menu).

Delivery

Delivery is generally by an Australia Post track-able parcel service. Titles in stock will be despatched within 1-2 working days of getting your order.  Multi-item orders will be despatched when all items have arrived at the shop, though we will happily split shipments of large orders if asked. In some cases we may ask for an extra postage charge.  If other delivery times or prices apply,  we will let you know.

Price per parcel within Australia:

Local Area Fairfield – up to 5kms – free

Victoria:  $ 8.50

Rest of Australia: $ 10.00

Australia Post Express Satchel (parcels up to 3kg): $ 20.00  This service is a next-day service to most metropolitan areas but  Australia Post does not guarantee it. We will confirm before we despatch any additional charges, should your consignment weighs over 3kg. If you need your parcel urgently be sure to check we have the items in stock!

Members:  Free locally to Fairfield and $5 anywhere else in Australia

Outside Australia:  Please contact the shop

We can quote on a tracked/registered service, and/or heavier consignments.
